Being Rescued

Why do we abuse grace ? Why can’t we learn the first time. The point for Jesus to come rescue us wasn’t for us to abuse Gods grace. It was because the law couldn’t make us right with God and now we have Jesus who does that for us. It’s not to say we will be perfect and that we are. But God knows everyone’s heart. There is no one in this world who could hide from the creator. He knows all things because he is the author of all things. God gives us grace to appreciate and every day take advantage of it. But not in the way we think, we shouldn’t keep sinning because he gives us grace. We should understand that it is a privilege and honor to have received this. That being said, everyday we should genuinely in our hearts really try to do better. God knows our hearts, he knows the difference between his people abusing his grace and truly receiving it. When people premeditate and plan sinful acts. Or when you genuinely in your heart feel bad and really tried to not fail God. He will for sure give you grace and love. But God will not be fooled, we need to align our hearts to him. To his heart, will, and spirit. God sent a savior so that everyday we can get closer to him. So we can go back to the original plan, a connection with the creator and his creation. Not an excuse, or leeway to keep sinning. I’m speaking to you guys but at the same time I’m speaking to myself. You know how many times God has saved me!! I am literally no one to judge you guys. I’m the first one who will raise my hand and say I’m not perfect. Im pretty sure the only reason why God saved me was because of my heart. The amount of times I’ve failed God and still do sometimes, is insane! But at a certain point we need to come to the point where we learn and stop repeating the same mistakes. It’s not okay to be in the same processes your whole life. Get tired of failing God and do better. Let’s truly focus and give God a true heart of worship. Let’s receive his gift but really cherish it. We need to understand that it is the greatest gift of all time. Let’s receive the gift with a humble heart, and genuinely try to be transformed by the renewing of our mind daily. It’s not easy, but don’t try to do it on your own. You haven’t been able to do it because you’ve been relying on your own strength. We tend to forget, “it’s no longer I who live but Christ who lives within me” and “I can do all things THROUGH Christ who strengthens me”. Meaning it’s not done by you, but by Christ.

Christ is the answer…

He is the truth, the way, and the life.
