We will be tested on what we say. Do we truly believe it? Or are we just saying it to say it? A lot of times we say we trust God. A lot of times we say we have faith. But do we really? Do our actions match our words. I feel like God will test us on the things we say. We say we believe in God but sometimes we live like we don’t. We say we believe in his power but the moment we have to use faith, we grab unto doubt and confusion. Look I get it, sometimes it’s easier to grab unto what’s easy. Sometimes having faith takes time, I get it. You have to wait for what you hope for. But if you just wait……. Don’t lose hope. We can’t say we believe in something when we don’t actually live like it. God says you will know someone by their fruits. Meaning if someone says they believe in the hope that is found in Jesus. The proof of that truth will be how that person talks, how they handle tough situations, how they live their life, etc. Not only do your words have to testify about what you truly believe what your actions as well. You say you believe that God does miracles. You say you believe Jesus saves. You say you believe God loves you. You say you believe you are forgiven. You say God can make happen anything that’s impossible. But do you actually believe that’s possible…. I say I believe in the truth of the word of God. But how come when God says to wait, trust, be patient, persevere, etc I find it really hard to stay steadfast? I find it crazy how stubborn and forgetful we can be. God has constantly showed us how great he is. How, when he says something it always comes to passss! But still we find it hard to believe sometimes. Sometimes we even do it unconsciously, we doubt in the back of our mind. But I pray and declare that we start to endure the trial! Our faith will be tested… will you past the test, is the real question… My prayer for you guys today is that your actions match your words. You say you believe in God, but you need to prove it in all your ways.
